Your branch hours info page for Philadelphia City Institute says there is a book drop now, I just went to go drop off my books and the drop was locked shut.
Please check the info for your branches, I use it ALL the time and previously the PCI page said there was NO book drop so I when I saw the change today, I figured it was true. Whoops.

From an aesthetic point of view, the mobile version is some great work! User-friendly as it should be.
Also great to read about the use of feedback, listening to the community's wishes and apply changes based on that. From practice () I can tell that many institutions could still learn from that.
