Martin, thank you so much for pointing out that coding error in the survey. We've notified the appropriate folks, and it'll be fixed ASAP. Michelle S. - Free Library

I love the library. Just fyi - the survey has an error. I put in that I was interested in volunteering, but it codes that as "not interested".
I went back to the page in case I had misclicked, and nope, it did it again. Check it out for yourself. Martin - UPenn

Your survey leaves a lot to be desired. You repeatedly ask the same question about service and space. There is no room for the quality and variety of the books you carry or what other services we would like to see this location provide etc.
I would also like to add that your online catalog search is not very user friendly.
Our neighborhood has a lot of children and there is no more story hour and I don't see more books being added to the shelves either!
Where can we give you feedback on these issues? Sam - Germantown

Sam,
You are always welcome to share suggestions and thoughts using our e-reference form here: http://libwww.freelibrary.org/faq/eref.cfm
Please know that we take your concerns quite seriously, and thank you for sharing them. This survey is deliberately limited in scope, and we plan to adjust and expand it over time. Due to a series of budget cuts over the past several years, we are now working with limited staff and a reduced budget for new materials, though please do let your librarian know about what kinds of programs and materials you would like to see at your neighborhood library, and we will do our best. Also, we are working on an updated, more user-friendly catalog, which you can test drive here: http://beta.freelibrary.org/
Thanks again for your feedback!
