Heute bist du \ zarte Seele aus der sünden Laster Höle \ durch die Tauf hinaus geführt Halt dich nunmehr zu den frommen \ so wirst du die Krone des Lebens bekommen Also wünschet von Hertzen dein getreuer Pfötter Ludwig \ Pfeifer Göttel du bist getauft d. 5 Märtz \ und heiset also \ Magdalena \ 1815 \

Translation:

Today you tender soul was led through the baptism out of the den [hell?] of sin and vices. Keep from now on to the pious so you will receive the crown of life. Such wishes from the heart your faithful godfather Ludwig Pfeifer. Godchild, you were baptized on the 5th of March and are named Magdalena. 1815.
