Isabel Allende | Zorro and Forest of Pygmies Recorded 5/24/2005 Listen to MP3 audio
Chilean author Isabel Allende has written many books, including Portrait in Sepia, Eva Luna, the memoir Paula, and a new novel on the legend of Zorro. Her novel, Daughter of Fortune, was an Oprah book club selection, and The House of the Spirits became the 1993 feature film starring Meryl Streep, Jeremy Irons, and Antonio Banderas. Forest of the Pygmies is the third in Allende's young adult trilogy that features the awe-inspiring adventures of 16-year-old Alexander Cold and his intrepid writer/explorer grandmother, Kate.
